Chrome/Edge 拡張機能によるPII検知・マスク処理は、お客様のブラウザ内（ローカル）で実行されます。マスク前の原文データが当社サーバーに送信されることはありません。
当社は、以下の場合を除きお客様の情報を第三者に提供しません：
当サービスは、認証・決済・インフラ・運用監視等の目的で、必要最小限の外部サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスには、サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報が共有されます。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーについては、各社のウェブサイトをご参照ください。
当サービスは認証維持のために必要最小限のCookieを使用します。広告目的のCookieは使用しません。
ログデータは最大365日間保管後、自動削除されます。アカウント削除をご希望の場合は、アプリ内の設定画面またはsupport@piifirewall.comまでご連絡ください。削除リクエストを受領後、30日以内に対応いたします。
BusinessプランおよびEnterpriseプランでご契約いただく法人のお客様については、本ポリシーに加え、別途「個別利用契約」および「データ処理契約（DPA: Data Processing Agreement）」を締結いたします。

The PII Firewall service operated by M-DEEP Co., Ltd. collects only the following:
PII detection and masking by the Chrome/Edge extension is performed entirely within your browser (locally). Raw unmasked data is never transmitted to our servers.

We use a limited number of third-party services for purposes such as authentication, payment processing, infrastructure, and operational monitoring. Information is shared with these services only to the extent necessary to provide our service.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No advertising cookies are used.
Log data is automatically deleted after 365 days. To delete your account, use the in-app settings or contact support@piifirewall.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
For customers on the Business or Enterprise plan, a separate Individual Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed in addition to this Privacy Policy.
