"Privacy by Design" is a framework coined by Dr. Ann Cavoukian in the 1990s, now embedded in global regulations including the EU's GDPR. Its core principle: data protection must be built into the architecture of systems from day one — not patched on afterward. At M-DEEP, this is not a compliance exercise. Privacy is the design itself. We believe that companies which build privacy in from the ground up earn deeper user trust, reduce risk, and create more durable businesses.

「Privacy by Design（プライバシー・バイ・デザイン）」は、1990年代にカナダのアン・カヴーキアン博士が提唱した概念で、個人情報の保護をシステムの設計段階から組み込む考え方です。EUのGDPRをはじめ世界の主要な規制にも採用されています。M-DEEPはこの思想を事業の核に据えています。プライバシーは後付けの機能ではなく、製品アーキテクチャそのもの。設計の出発点に「守る」を置くことで、ユーザーとの信頼関係を構築し、持続可能で競争力のあるビジネスの基盤をつくります。
